Randy Rifdaan focuses on mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate matters. He has acted on numerous significant transactions for major international and Indonesian clients. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells DNFP, Randy worked in an international law firm in Singapore.

He has advised clients on the acquisition of pharmaceutical, infrastructure, mining, power energy, and natural resource companies in Indonesia. He also has assisted multinational clients on the establishment of Indonesian joint ventures in various sectors and has a deep understanding of complex Indonesian investment and regulatory issues.

Advising a U.S. investor on its acquisition of an Indonesian Company that owns subsidiaries that have entered into 11 mini hydro Power Purchase Agreements with PLN.

Advising Agritrade Resources Limited on its acquisition of majority interest in Merge Mining Holding Limited, holding three coal mining concessions in Indonesia.

Advising The India Cement Limited on its coal mining acquisition in Indonesia.

Advising Sindya Resources Ltd on its first coal mining investment in Indonesia.

Advising a Philippines-based investor in acquisition of one of the largest publicly-listed coal mining companies in Indonesia.
