Richard Brown

Richard Brown

Richard assists clients with tackling the broad and complex range of challenges that EU and UK competition law can pose. He has helped corporations manage merger control proceedings across multiple jurisdictions, advised them on how to best deal with the intense scrutiny of national and supra-national cartel investigations, and represented them not only before regulators but also in Court against private claimants.

Richard also helps clients ensure that their commercial arrangements and workforce are on right side of competition law in the first place. Working with clients in a number of different industries (including financial services, luxury retail and food manufacture), he has provided bespoke training to make sure that they anticipate and deal with the risks before these become a problem.
