Intellectual Property

Ricarda Braun advises national and international clients in the field of intellectual property law, focusing on unfair competition and trademark matters. She represents her clients' interests in and out of court, in particular in matters regarding the healthcare and consumer goods sectors. Ricarda helps her clients to enforce and defend their rights, be it by drafting agreements, in out-of-court negotiations, preliminary proceedings or lawsuits.

Ricarda studied law at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. During her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, she worked, i.a., at the Chamber for Commercial Matters at the Hamburg Regional Court, dealing with trademark and competition law, as well as at the Hamburg and London offices of Hogan Lovells, where she gained experience in trademark litigation and company acquisitions. Thanks to her university education in corporate law and her doctorate in the field of white-collar crime, Ricarda is able to support her clients beyond the scope of intellectual property law.
