Josh Reynolds is an associate in our Commercial and Regulatory team. He advises on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters, with a particular interest in the retail, gambling and sports industries.

On the commercial side, Josh advises both on the day-to-day contractual matters affecting clients, as well as the more strategic commercial projects which go to the core of clients' businesses. His experience includes drafting and negotiating sponsorship, agency, distribution, consultancy and logistics agreements.

Josh also relishes the challenge of helping clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks, providing practical, solution-driven advice on regulatory compliance and risk.
