Marie-Antoinette Rettori

Marie-Antoinette is an associate in Hogan Lovells' Paris office and has been working in the International Debt Capital Markets department since 2015. She advises both corporate companies and financial institutions in relation to their financial market operations.

Marie-Antoinette's practice focuses on debt capital markets and structured finance and extends to a wide range of financial transactions including bond issues, securitisations and derivatives.

Advising BNP Paribas as arrangers in relation to the issue of Euro PP bonds by Société Anonyme d'Explosifs et de Produits Chimiques

Advising Alstom on the financial closing aspects of the acquisition of its energy business by General Electric
