Reshard Kellici

Reshard Kellici knows how to manage success for his clients because he's been on every side of a transaction — representing sellers, buyers, developers, and advisers alike.

Reshard handles complex business transactions, M&A, project development, and finance deals in all segments of the energy industry, throughout the U.S. and internationally. He has represented some of the largest renewable energy developers, helping them acquire assets, finance and develop projects, negotiate agreements, and bring innovative technologies to market.

Reshard is a dedicated advocate for his clients. He was a summer associate with the firm for two years before joining full time after he graduated Order of the Coif and magna cum laude from University of Maryland School of Law. He polished his legal skills as an editor for Maryland Law Review and Maryland Business Law legal journal.
