Winston Churchill once said: “Taxes are an evil – a necessary evil, but still an evil, and the fewer we have of them the better.” Dennis Reisich would tend to agree with that statement and helps clients navigate the rocky road of national and international corporate tax law. His focus is on M&A transactions and tax compliance.

Dennis studied law at the Universities of Freiburg, Padova (Italy) and Munich and, during the course of his education, gathered practical experience at, inter alia, the German Federal Fiscal Court and multiple international law firms. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Dennis worked at another leading international law firm in Munich.
