Jodie Reindorf has advised on a number of high value arbitrations in the Middle East region. Her experience includes arbitrations under International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.
She has advised construction employers, contractors, and subcontractors on a range of projects including airports, high-end retail, and hotel developments.
Having acted for employers and contractors in a number of disputes for iconic projects in the Middle East and Central Asia regions, Jodie has quickly developed experience in top end work. She has advised on a number of construction issues, including variations claims, unlawful termination, extensions of time, and claims for defects. Jodie has a strong understanding of the major concerns of clients in the construction industry and strives to anticipate those needs.
While her practice centers on construction disputes, Jodie also has experience advising on a breadth of commercial disputes, which have included multimillion-dollar shareholder and shipping disputes.
With a strong interest in pro bono work, Jodie has advised on a range of pro bono clients, including a major human rights organizations in relation to human rights violations in Syria. She has a keen interest in business in Africa and has assisted in establishing new client relationships in Africa in her previous roles.

Acted for an employer on an ICC arbitration matter relating to the construction of a high value mixed use development in Abu Dhabi.
Acted for a contractor in relation to a number of subcontractor claims regarding construction of a new airport in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Acted for a government entity in a high-value ICC arbitration relating to the construction of a hospital in the GCC region.
Advised a contractor on a Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) arbitration relating to the construction of a mixed use development in Dubai.
Acted on various commercial disputes under ICC and London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) rules.
