Her robust practice includes a wealth of experience in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint venture investments, securities and corporate governance matters, and domestic and cross-border transactions. Additionally, she leverages her industry and technical knowledge to provide creative solutions for retail, manufacturing, and health care companies.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Brittany worked at an international law firm for several years where she advised clients in various investments and managed deal cycles. In law school, she served as notes editor for the Duke Law Journal. Brittany is also a certified mediator. She mediated cases in Jefferson County's small claims court as well as disputes between private parties while in pursuit of her master's degree in conflict resolution.

Advised Mikhail Prokhorov in an agreement to sell full ownership of the Barclays Center and his 51% controlling interest in the Brooklyn Nets to an entity controlled by Joe Tsai.

Represented Gränges AB in its establishment of North American operations through its purchase of Noranda Inc.'s downstream aluminium business.

Represented Home Depot in its various debt offerings.

Represented Masco Corporation in the sale of its subsidiary Arrow Fastener Co. to Chinese company Hangzhou GreatStar Industrial Co. Ltd.

Advised a large institutional investor in its various venture capital investments.
