As a junior associate in the Tax Practice Group of Hogan Lovells' Madrid office, Carmen focuses her practice on the design, implementation and monitoring of financing structures for the construction of vessels, the production of films and the development of R&D projects based on the application of tax incentives, providing a comprehensive advice during the whole life of the transaction and covering tax, corporate and finance issues from both Spanish and European regulations.

Carmen studied a double degree in Law and Business Administration at Pontificia Comillas University - ICADE and obtained the Master's Degree in Access to Legal Practice from Carlos III University of Madrid.

Carmen speaks Spanish, English and French.
