Samuel Rackear focuses his practice on commercial litigation and international arbitration. He began his career at Hogan Lovells as a summer associate in 2017.

While in law school, he served as a senior executive editor for the NYU Journal of International Law and Politics, gained valuable experience as a legal extern for the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York, and served on the board of the International Arbitration Association.

As an undergraduate, he received a bachelor of arts degree in political science, history, and foreign languages and literature from the University of Delaware, where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Before law school, he worked for two years as a litigation paralegal at a global law firm in New York City.
