Jason Z. Qu
Jason Qu counsels companies on a wide range of FDA-related matters, balancing the legal, scientific, and policy considerations that shape each client's regulatory agenda. He assists pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients with product development, advertising and promotional compliance, regulatory due diligence, and direct advocacy before the FDA. Jason has experience navigating the unique legal challenges posed by next-generation products and emerging industry trends.
As a law student, Jason was an editor of the Harvard Law Review and clerked as an Equal Justice America Fellow. Before law school, he coordinated health and environmental advocacy programs at the University of Toronto.
Jason maintains an active pro bono docket, having served as a full-time pro bono associate while at Hogan Lovells. His practice focuses on asylum and immigration matters and youth incarceration policies in the District of Columbia.
