An antitrust litigator based in Chicago, Michael Pullos counsels in all areas of antitrust law, including government investigations, merger enforcement, and private litigation. He focuses on representing clients in antitrust litigation nationwide, including in private class actions and competitor suits.

Michael employs a proactive and practical approach to advising companies faced with complex antitrust disputes and government investigations. He has wide experience with multi-district litigation and class actions following criminal and civil government investigations. A significant part of Michael's practice is particularly focused on the wide range of antitrust and competition issues facing companies today, including price-fixing, market allocation, vertical and horizontal agreements, and monopolization.

Michael has deep experience representing clients in some of the most closely watched industries by the U.S. antitrust agencies, namely agriculture, health care, medical devices, life sciences, and financial services. His industry knowledge paired with actively advising clients in all stages of investigations and litigation, including significant trial experience, makes for a successful combination. His experience inside the courtroom is a true value-add in collaborating with clients to develop the optimal legal strategy for their business.

In addition to litigating, Michael routinely provides antitrust counseling concerning mergers and acquisitions and advises clients with transactions before both the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). He has assisted clients in responding to civil investigative demands, second requests, and other government requests for information and defends witnesses in interviews and investigative hearings. Michael also represents a number of trade associations in ensuring their compliance with the antitrust laws.
