U.S. Implements Changes to Visa Waiver Program That Impact Foreign Persons Traveling to, and Dual Nationals of, Iran, Iraq, Sudan, or Syria

On January 21, 2016, the U.S. government began implementing changes to the Visa Waiver Program pursuant to the Visa Waiver Program Improvement and Terrorist Travel Prevention Act of 2015 as set forth in the year-end spending bill (H.R. 2029) which was signed into law by President Obama on December 18, 2015.
