Update on the CIDB regulations

Further to our previous update on the CIDB regulations on prompt payment and compulsory adjudication, the final draft regulations have been submitted to the Department of Public Works for the approval by the Minister and for him to promulgate the regulations. The process to finally publish the regulations in the Government Gazette is unknown at this stage.
