The CFTC proposes exemptive relief regarding effective dates for certain Dodd-Frank Act provisions and announces additional rulemaking meetings

On Tuesday 14 June 2011 the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) voted unanimously to issue a Proposed Order providing temporary exemptive relief with respect to Dodd-Frank requirements that may apply to certain "agreements, contracts, and transactions."
