COVID-19 | Suspension of activities and its impact on the industrial activity in Mexico

On March 24, 2020, the Ministry of Health issued the "Accord establishing the preventive measures to be implemented for the mitigation and control of health risks related to the SARS-CoV2 virus (COVID-19)" (hereinafter the Accord). It is worth mentioning that following this publication an additional accord was published in the Federal Official Gazette by means of which the head of the Federal Executive approved -from a constitutional perspective-the content of the Accord.
