The EU Leniency Program
To file, or not to file: giving the right answer in the right moment to this crucial question, can, at least at first sight, save a company a significant amount of money.
The overall purpose of leniency programs is to create a sufficient level of incentives for companies involved in cartel activity to blow the whistle on an alleged cartel and to fully cooperate with the authorities to uncover and sanction the cartel.
