Responding to a Cyber Attack: Counsel's Role

A recent Tripwire survey of 150 information technology professionals in the oil, natural gas, and electricity sectors found that more than 75 percent worked at organizations that had experienced at least one cyber attack in the past 12 months, and more than 80 percent believe that such an attack will harm physical infrastructure this year.
