Planning newsflash - Coalition Government begins planning regime re-write, amending PPS3 on housing density and brownfield land / garden grabbing.

This Hogan Lovells Planning Newsflash reports that the Coalition Government has begun its re-write of the planning system by amending PPS3.  The amendments deal with housing density - abolishing the national indicative minimum density - and garden grabbing, by amending the definition of brownfield land.
