National Labor Relations Board notice - posting requirement delayed again

On April 17, 2012 the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit granted an emergency motion for an injunction against the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), thus delaying implementation of the NLRB’s controversial notice-posting rule until the D.C. Circuit can rule on its validity. The D.C. Circuit’s order comes just days after the second of two conflicting federal district court rulings on the notice-posting rule. As a result of the D.C. Circuit’s order, employers need not comply with the posting requirement unless the D.C. Circuit finds the rule to be valid.
