Malta's Prime Minister tells UN virtual currencies are "future of money"

Malta's prime minister has told the General Assembly of the United Nations that blockchain will an "inevitable" of the future.

Speaking at the general debate of the 73rd session of the General Assembly of the United Nations, Joseph Muscat, said that the digital economy needs to be seen as an opportunity and that he believes that "technology revolutionises and improves systems".
