La votación sobre la legislación del DR-Cafta y su impacto en las negociaciones del TLC Andino

Chandri Navarro-Bowman and Gabriela Carias co-authored an article titled "La votación sobre la legislación del DR-Cafta y su impacto en las negociaciones del TLC Andino" (The DR-CAFTA Vote and its Impact on the Andean Free Trade Agreement) for LegisComex, a Web-based legal service provider in Colombia that provides intelligence and tools to facilitate international trade for importers and exporters. The article explains that although negotiations between the United States and the three Andean countries (Colombia, Ecuador and Peru) have been progressing, the final outcome of the DR-CAFTA treaty in Congress will most likely determine the fate of the Andean FTA.
