Hogan Lovells contributes to new book on the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act

03 February 2012

Food and Agriculture Alert

Hogan Lovells is helping members of the food industry understand and comply with the FDA Food Safety and Modernization Act (FSMA), a law that aims to shift the focus of food safety from responding to preventing the contamination of the U.S. food supply. One of the most recent efforts is the Food and Agriculture practice's contribution to The Food and Drug Law Institute's new book, The Food Safety Modernization Act: A Comprehensive Practical Guide to the Landmark Legislation. In the book, partners Gary Kushner and Joe Levitt, and associates Elizabeth Fawell and Maile Hermida provide in-depth analysis and insightful commentary on FSMA.
