Funds Bulletin (a monthly round-up of topical legal, regulatory and tax issues affecting the fund industry). Features our analysis of the government's response to the House of Lord's report on Brexit and financial services, as well as global and EU developments in the funds industry, including the European Commission's proposed amendments to the RTS relating to PRIIPs Key Information Documents (KIDs), and ECON's adoption of a draft report on the European Commission's proposed Regulation amending the EuVECA Regulation and the EuSEF Regulation. We also discuss updates in the UK funds industry, such as the adoption of a Legislation Reform Order relating to the new Private Fund Limited Partnerships regime, and the FCA's publication of a paper on information provided in the IPO process. We also highlight tax developments within the UK and the EU, including changes to UK tax legislation following the Spring Budget 2017.
