EASA publishes proposed airworthiness standards for small eVTOL aircraft for public consultation
On 15 October 2018, the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) opened a public consultation on proposed airworthiness standards for the certification of small electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. EASA is the first civil aviation agency to propose a regulatory framework for the certification of eVTOL aircraft.
