Hogan & Hartson partner Chandri Navarro-Bowman authored an article titled "DR-Cafta, Causante de la Demora en el Avance de las Negociaciones del TLC Andino" (DR-Cafta, Cause of the Delays in the Advance of the Andean Free Trade Agreement Negotiation) for LegisComex, a Web-based legal service provider in Colombia that provides intelligence and tools to facilitate international trade for importers and exporters.
