Department of Labor Rule Requires Federal Contractors, Including Banks, to Comply With Requirements

Financial Services Regulation Alert

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) issued a final rule requiring most private employers with federal government contracts or subcontracts to notify employees of their rights under federal labor law. The rule implements Executive Order 13496 signed by President Obama last year and applies to contracts resulting from solicitations issued on or after 21 June 2010.
