COVID-19 in Spain: Regulations on measures in the field of employment by the Spanish Government
The Spanish Government has recently approved two regulations on urgent measures in the field of employment:
- Royal Decree-Law 9/2020, of 27 March, which adopts complementary measures, in the field of employment, to alleviate the effects of the COVID-19 (the "Royal Decree-Law 9/2020").
- Royal Decree-Law 10/2020 of 29 March regulating recoverable paid leave for employees who do not provide essential services, in order to reduce population mobility in the context of the fight against COVID-19 (the "Royal Decree-Law 10/2020").
