Costs Relating to Sale of Subsidiary are Non-deductible, Court Says

In a recently published decision the Lower Court of Haarlem found that costs relating to the sale of shares in a subsidiary are not tax deductible, regardless of whether the subsidiary was included in a fiscal unity with the selling shareholder until the moment of sale and transfer of the shares.
