In this article, the author comments on the position of the anti-monopoly authority, highlighting that assets and revenues of the parent company of an entity which is being disposed of, should be recognized in the calculation of threshold amounts established in article 28 of Competition Law. The article presents arguments in support of the standpoint that assets and revenues of the seller may not be of significance for the purpose of competition.
