Once again, the UK construction industry is under scrutiny as a result of one of the largest ever Office of Fair Trading (OFT) cartel investigations. The OFT's inquiry has uncovered evidence of "endemic" bid-rigging in respect of thousands of tenders with a combined estimated value of near £3bn.
