Around Europe: The Private Equity Market - Spain
Around Europe is Hogan Lovells' new periodic overview of the private equity landscape in Europe and supplements our "Around Asia Pacific" series which focuses on the Asia Pacific private equity industry. In this inaugural European edition, we look at Spain and how recent changes in legislation will impact future transactions seated in the Spanish market. This edition also provides a summary of the Spanish market through 2014 and how it is recovering since the global economic downturn. Future editions will track activity and look at market influences in the UK, France, Germany and Italy.
