Stefano Prinzivalli joined Hogan Lovells in June 2019 after one year as legal professional at a leading independent law firm (Brussels). He holds an LLM in European Legal Studies from the College of Europe (Bruges) and he interned at the Cartels Unit of European Commission’s DG COMP. Previously, he graduated at the universities of Turin and Nice, where he obtained a joint and double Bachelor and Master of Laws.

After the mandatory internship at the Avvocatura Distrettuale dello Stato (Turin), he passed the Italian bar exam in Turin and was formally admitted to the Milan bar association in June 2019.

His practice focuses on diverse areas of EU and Italian competition law, including cartels, anticompetitive agreements and behaviors, mergers and State aid. He has advised multinational clients in these areas and acted in related proceeding before both the European Commission and the European Court of Justice.
