Marta Popis assists senior lawyers in their involvement with Polish and international clients. Her duties include preparing research about the real estate market. She also undertakes due diligence activities and prepares reports on the pertinent activities of entities financing and acquiring real estate property, as well as companies owning real estate property. Moreover, Marta participates in transactions involving the acquisition of real estate. On a daily basis, Marta advises Panattoni Europe, an international developer in the warehouse industry. Marta graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration, as well as from the Centre for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw.
In 2013, Marta graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting with a major in Real Estate Agency Services from the Warsaw School of Economics. Since January 2015, Marta has been an advocate trainee at the Warsaw Bar Association. She joined Hogan Lovells in October 2010 where she works as a lawyer in the Real Estate Department.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Marta served her internship in the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, as well as in the District Court for the Warsaw City Centre, V Criminal Division. Her other responsibilities within Hogan Lovells include dealing with matters involving obtaining Polish citizenship for foreign clients.
