Sam Phillips advises clients on a range of complex transactional and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and equity capital raisings.
Sam has represented international and domestic clients across a number of industry sectors, including technology, energy and natural resources, life sciences and healthcare, consumer and automotive. He has advised clients ranging from high-growth start-up companies and well established FTSE 100 listed companies to venture capital funds, private equity sponsors and large financial institutions.
Sam was seconded to our New York office in 2019, where he primarily supported clients in connection with infrastructure, energy and natural resources projects.
