Leveraging his background in statistics, Mark takes a straightforward and analytical approach to achieving his clients' goals in drafting agreements.

Mark has experience with licensing arrangements, joint ventures, technology development, and transfers of intellectual property in a broad range of industries, with recent involvement in software and data licensing, commercialization, and development. While he relies on objective approaches for contract drafting, Mark's approachable delivery allows clients to lean on his ability to translate complex contract language into practical outcomes.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Mark worked in the intellectual property transactions group of an international New York law firm, where he fostered client expansion in transactional matters. He has also assisted clients pro bono in drafting memoranda and conducting legal research to prevent animal cruelty and protect animal rights.
