Maggie Pennisi's practice focuses on facilitating complex commercial transactions in a broad range of industries, with an emphasis on the protection of intellectual property (IP) rights. She leverages her legal knowledge and deep understanding of business strategy to deliver innovative yet practical solutions for clients.
As an associate in our Intellectual Property, Media, and Technology (IPMT) group, Maggie helps clients navigate the legal issues surrounding joint development, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, and services agreements. She also advises clients on the IP-related aspects of corporate matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions to the formulation of IP protection strategies.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Maggie served as an editor of the American Intellectual Property Law Association Quarterly Journal, worked in the office of general counsel of a technology company, and interned for a local judge.
