Dr. Katharina Pehle
Katharina Pehle focuses on patent litigation, where she advises and represents clients in infringement and nullity proceedings. Her strengths lie not only in her legal knowledge but also in her detailed and in-debth understanding of the technology involved in her cases.
She has a wide experience in civil procedural law, in particular with regard to the legal specifics with foreign entities being involved in multi-national proceedings.
Over the last few years, Katharina was engaged in a large number of infringement cases, in particular, in the telecommunication, automotive and mechanical engineering industry. She has also worked for clients in the medical device and chemical industry.
Katharina studied law at the universities in Passau, Geneva and Münster where she wrote her doctoral thesis.
Before she joined Hogan Lovells, Katharina was employed by Noerr LLP, Munich.
