Since he began his career at Hogan Lovell's, Radoslaw Pawluk has been focused in the areas of competition, state aid, European funds, unfair competition and commercial law. He is professionally interested in competition law and state aid law. His professional experience covers multiple bases, such as the preparation of letters, the opinions of proceedings with regard to the anticompetitive behaviour of entrepreneurs, merger controls, state aid and infringements of the collective interests of consumers and unfair competition practices. Concentrating on analysing and preparing of commercial agreements, distribution systems and issues concerning rebates.
Some of his experience includes that he has participated in advising companies on the implementation of EU law, specifically the application of General Product Safety Regulations (GPSD), energy law and other regulatory issues. Radoslaw is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association as well as a member of the Polish Competition law and a permanent correspondent for 'e-Competitions' – the monthly bulletin of the Institut de droit la concurrence SARL.
