Patrick is an associate in the commercial, corporate and regulatory team in Hogan Lovells' London office. Patrick analyses, drafts and negotiates a broad range of general and complex commercial contracts and strategic arrangements for his clients. His experience includes: franchise, agency and distribution arrangements, consultancy, outsourcing and transitional services contracts, joint ventures, procurement arrangements, collaboration agreements, celebrity endorsements, corporate sponsorship and manufacturing, and supply agreements.
Patrick also advises on regulatory issues relating to consumer rights, marketing and promotional materials, product labelling and packaging. Patrick's particular industry focuses are in the food and beverage, hotel and retail sectors and he also acts for clients in various other sectors including automotive, luxury brands and sport.
