Patrick Albin advises international and national undertakings in the financial sector on topics related to German and European banking regulatory law.

Patrick Albin studied law in Berlin and completed his Master of Laws degree in Ireland at Trinity College Dublin (TCD). As part of his legal training, Patrick Albin already dealt in depth with issues of banking and financial market regulation. In his master's studies, he dealt with the regulation of robo-advisors on a European level. As a research associate and trainee lawyer, he worked for the legal department of a bank and a law firm focusing on banking and financial law. Before joining Hogan Lovells as an associate, Patrick Albin already worked as a lawyer for another international law firm in Berlin.
