Patricia Ciccone focuses her practice on securitization and structured finance. Patricia advises on a broad variety of financings, including Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings, project and high-yield bonds, receivable sale financings, and insurance-linked securities offerings.
Her experience encompasses some of the largest and most complex debt capital markets transactions. From counseling on the largest emerging markets structured bond issuance to advising and establishing the framework for the world's first off-grid solar securitization, she is dedicated to providing novel solutions. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Patricia also brings her unique cultural experiences and native fluency in Spanish to effectively streamline complex cross-border financings for businesses throughout Latin America.
