Marjun Parcasio practices in Hogan Lovells' International Arbitration and Business and Human Rights groups, having trained at the firm's London and Dubai offices. He has experience in contractual disputes and international human rights claims in the energy, construction and infrastructure sectors and has acted for clients in LCIA, ICC and ad hoc arbitrations.

Marjun also maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented clients in appeals before the First-tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber).

Prior to law school, Marjun completed a bilingual degree in Canada, spending part of his studies in the United Kingdom and in the United States as a Fulbright Canada Killam Fellow.

Representing a global engineering service provider in a Paris seated ICC arbitration concerning alleged equipment and service defects relating to a steel mill facility.

Advising a multinational energy company in relation to a criminal investigation into alleged complicity in violations of international humanitarian law.

Representing a public body in ad hoc arbitration proceedings under the Arbitration Act 1996 concerning a contractual dispute arising out of a PFI contract refinancing transaction.

Advising a statutory corporation in a dispute relating to variations under a development and project management contract.
