Priscilla is an associate in our Corporate & Finance practice with a focus on private equity and investment funds. She has experience advising fund sponsors, asset managers, and key investors in the establishment of a wide range of private investment funds including private debt, private equity, and venture capital funds across the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Priscilla was a legal counsel in one of Asia's largest asset management firms with more than US$250bn worth of assets under management, where she advised on various investment mandates and authorized and restricted collective investment schemes matters.

Priscilla currently also does pro bono work for organizations that provide solutions to environmental and climate change issues.

Representative experience

Advised on the establishment of a build-to-rent fund supporting a portfolio of properties with total debt and equity capitalisation of approximately AU$1.2bn.

Advised on the establishment of an Australian managed investment trust involving a blind pool fund commitment of AU$50m.

Advised an innovation-based medical and agricultural technologies investment group (total portfolio value > US$90m) on the set up of a venture capital fund in Singapore.*

Advised a hedge fund manager on the formation of funds using the Singapore variable capital company structure.*

Advised a global asset management firm with over US$130bn AUM on all Singapore restricted scheme matters relating to one of its umbrella funds incorporated in Ireland.*

Advised a multinational investment company with net assets of over US$2.5bn on its proposed acquisition of a company incorporated in Hong Kong through a BVI company.*

Advised an SGX Mainboard-listed company with a market cap. of over SGD 650m on the proposed sale of its business in China.*

Advised a Singapore-based B2B financing platform on its proposed acquisition of a controlling stake in a P2P lending platform licensed to deal in capital markets products.*
