Raj S. Panasar’s practice focuses on international financing transactions and financial regulation. He represents issuers and financial institutions in international equity, high-yield and other debt offerings, and syndicated and leveraged loans. Raj is a recognized leader on complex listings under the evolving EU prospectus regime and a member of the London Stock Exchange’s Primary Markets Group.

He is a co-author of the Guide to Listing on the London Stock Exchange and editor and co-author of European Securities Law.

Raj is a Full Stack Developer and has recently created a web-based prototype app to connect people who can volunteer a spare room with charities helping those most in need of emergency accomodation. He is in industry leader in both the pro bono and the diversity spaces.
