Practice groupCorporate & Finance

A pragmatic and business-oriented lawyer, Pablo Corcuera makes a point in giving advice to corporate clients using the most efficient approach possible, keeping an eye on the business objective and cutting through the background noise that tends to be created during complex transactions and negotiations. Pablo makes it his priority to give clients concise advice and recommendations that the client can act upon.

As a member of our Corporate practice group, Pablo advises clients on cross-border transactions (such as private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, and general corporate law advice) on a daily basis. His down-to-earth approach and experience handling the business aspects of law help clients get the results they are looking for.

Additionally, Pablo has experience advising clients in the recently reformed Mexican energy sector, having represented foreign energy companies in the initial public bidding processes.
