Pierre Overhoff has in-depth knowledge in commercial litigation with a particular focus on internet and e-commerce matters, as well as product liability litigation in the Life Sciences sector. He assists clients in court proceedings and pre-litigious matters. 

His interest in international and comparative law has led him to France, Germany and Canada. Pierre's international background and his training in private international law allow him to advise clients in complex and cross-border disputes.

His recent experience includes representing a pharmaceutical company in a dispute related to a world-wide patent license agreement, defending a medical devices manufacturer in a product liability case, and a matter related to the right-to-be-forgotten online in the context of data protection laws.
