As part of the Hogan Lovells Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation team in Madrid, Sara has experience in advising international and local clients in different areas of both Spanish and EU Competition Law.
Her experience includes providing advice in relation to collusive agreements, abuse of dominance, merger control and competition compliance. She has also experience in managing antitrust damage claims procedures and advising clients on operations subject to foreign direct investment control.
Sara has studied the law degree at the University of Valladolid, the Master’s in legal practice at the Autonomous University of Madrid and holds an expert diploma in competition law from the Carlos III University of Madrid.
