Evan Orman helps clients navigate the process of completing complex domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Evan has participated in the representation of public and private companies in the technology, life sciences, and aerospace sectors.

In law school, Evan assisted NYU's Business Law Transactions Clinic in its representation of nonprofit institutions, for which he was awarded the Ann Petluck Poses Memorial Prize. At graduation, Evan was also awarded the Harry J. Rudick Memorial Award, which is given to students who excel in tax. Before law school, Evan spent three years playing poker professionally.
